In this curriculum pack children will hear Jesus calling them to new ways of living that are out of the ordinary. Like Peter, they can become totally hooked on Jesus and discover what he wants to do in them and through them.

Mission
Week 1: Peter leaves his catch of fish to become totally hooked on Jesus (Luke 5:1-11)
Week 2: Stepping out of the comfort of his fishing boat, Peter discovers what it’s like to walk on the wild side. (Matthew 14:22-33)
Week 3: Peter denied knowing Jesus, but that didn’t stop Jesus from giving him a change to start again. (Luke 22:54-62 & John 21:1-19)

Discipling
Week 4: Jesus works through Peter – and he can work through us. It’s team work! (Acts 3:1-10)
Week 5: Peter learns that Jesus’ message is for everyone around the world. (Acts 10:1-48)
Week 6: Peter finds that Jesus’ message cannot be stopped by prison walls in a great escape. (Acts 12:1-19a)

Celebration
This is where the children do, tell and share what they have learned. Let the children minister at a fishy family service or an aquatic special event!
